Public Offer (Terms of Sale)

1. Seller

2. Subject

The Seller offers for sale sorghum brooms, brushes and related cleaning products of its own manufacture. This document constitutes a public offer under the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Placing an order and/or making a payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

3. Sales channels

3.1. Wholesale (B2B). Minimum order quantity — 5,000 units (SKU mix allowed). Delivery basis — FCA Chișinău (Incoterms 2020): collection of the goods is arranged by the buyer. Wholesale orders are concluded under a separate supply contract; assortment, volume, price, deadlines and payment terms are agreed in that contract and prevail over this offer.

3.2. Retail. Individual items may be purchased through the website in single quantities. An order is deemed accepted once confirmed by the Seller and successfully paid.

4. Prices and payment

4.1. Prices are stated in the catalogue, on the product page or in the supply contract and may be changed by the Seller at any time before an order is confirmed. An order already placed and paid is subject to the price in effect at the time of ordering.

4.2. Payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express is processed through the secure payment gateway of the acquiring bank. Card details are entered on the bank’s side and are not transmitted to or stored by the Seller.

4.3. The payment currency is shown on the checkout page. The charge is made after the order is confirmed.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms and deadlines for wholesale orders are set by the contract. For retail orders, the delivery method and cost are shown at checkout. Title and risk pass to the buyer at the point defined by the applicable delivery basis (for wholesale — FCA Chișinău).

6. Returns

Return and exchange conditions are set out in a separate Return Policy, which forms an integral part of this offer.

7. Liability and governing law

7.1. The Seller is not liable for consequences of improper use of the products. 7.2. This offer is governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. For retail buyers who are consumers in the European Union, the mandatory provisions of EU consumer-protection law continue to apply. 7.3. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, in accordance with the applicable law.
