2. What we collect

First and last name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, order details and your correspondence with us. We do NOT collect or store bank-card data — payment is handled directly by the bank through a secure payment gateway.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Data is processed to: place and perform the order and contract (legal basis — performance of a contract); deliver the goods; meet accounting and tax obligations (compliance with a legal obligation); and communicate with the buyer about the order. Processing is carried out in accordance with the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the personal-data law of the Republic of Moldova.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except where strictly necessary: with the courier/carrier (to deliver the order — name, address, telephone) and with the bank / payment provider (to process payment). Only the data needed for the specific operation is shared. Data is disclosed to public authorities only in cases provided for by law.

5. Retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes of processing and as required by law (in particular for accounting and tax records), after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, request its correction or erasure, restrict or object to processing, receive your data in a portable format, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, write to info@ecobroom.eu.
