Payment Process

Seven steps from order to delivery

Order placement and volume confirmation

The buyer confirms the specification: the SKU mix and the total batch volume.

InterEcoBroom issues a proforma invoice

The proforma states the FCA price, payment details and packing specifications.

50% advance — SWIFT transfer

The buyer transfers 50% of the invoice amount via SWIFT. Production begins once receipt of funds is confirmed.

Production and preparation

Assembly and packing according to the specification. Standard production time is 2–4 weeks from receipt of the advance.

Scans of the export documents are sent to the buyer

Once production is complete and the shipment is documented, the buyer receives scans of the documents by email.

50% balance — SWIFT transfer

Having received the document scans and confirmed the goods are ready, the buyer transfers the remaining 50% via SWIFT.

MT103 received → truck released

Upon receipt of the MT103 — confirmation of the SWIFT balance transfer — the truck is handed over to the buyer's forwarder. The original documents travel with the cargo.
